Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla or cinnamon protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1.5 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Method

  1. Mix almond flour, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Add honey, almond butter, and almond milk, then stir until a crumbly dough forms (add a little extra milk if needed).
  3. Roll into 14 balls, coat in the cinnamon–coconut sugar mix, and refrigerate 20–30 minutes to set.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Notes

  • For the softest, smoothest texture, warm the almond butter slightly before mixing this helps it blend evenly and prevents dry, crumbly spots in the dough.
