A quick, no-bake edible cookie dough packed with crushed Oreos and naturally sweetened with monk fruit. Safe to eat raw and ready in minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup almond flour
  •  ¼ cup butter at room temperature
  • ¼ cup monk fruit sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp  milk
  • 4-5 Oreos

Method
 

  1. Crush up the Oreos into small pieces.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened butter, sugar, milk and vanilla. Stir in the almond flour until combined.
  3. Add the crushed Oreo cookies and gently fold.
  4. Scoop in a small bowl and enjoy!

Notes

    • Catalina Crunch cookies are a great healthier option for a lower-carb, higher-protein treat.
    • Coconut oil can be swapped for butter if you’re dairy-free.
    • You can make this dough ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
    • You can also add some collagen or protein powder to make this a high protein edible cookie dough too!
