Ingredients

  • 1 large round slice of seedless watermelon (about 1-inch thick)
Honey-Yogurt Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Fruit Toppings:
  • 2 tbsp raspberries
  • 2 tbsp blackberries
  • 2 tbsp yellow kiwi peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp blueberries
Garnish:
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Equipment

  • Sharp knife
  • cutting board
  • small mixing bowl
  • spoon
  • serving platter

Method

  1. Cut a large, round slice of watermelon, about 1-inch thick. This will be your pizza "base."
  2. In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  3. Spread a generous layer of the honey-yogurt glaze over the watermelon slice.
  4. Arrange the raspberries, blackberries, diced yellow kiwi, and blueberries on top of the glazed watermelon slice.
  5. Add fresh mint leaves or edible flowers for a decorative touch.
  6. Serve immediately as a refreshing and healthy dessert or snack. Enjoy your single-slice watermelon pizza with friends and family

Notes

  • For cleaner slices and a more “pizza-like” presentation, chill the assembled watermelon pizza in the fridge for 15–20 minutes before cutting. This helps the yogurt set slightly and keeps the toppings in place when slicing.
