Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup granola (your favorite kind)
  • 2 scoops collagen

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • spoon or spatula
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • freezer-safe airtight container

Method

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek vanilla yogurt and collagen, mixing until smooth and fully incorporated.
  2. Using a spoon, drop 2–3 tablespoon dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  3. Top each yogurt dollop evenly with blueberries, sliced strawberries, and a sprinkle of granola.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for 2–4 hours, or until completely firm.
  5. Once frozen, remove from the baking sheet and enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container or freezer bag in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • For cleaner, thicker bites, freeze the yogurt mixture for 10–15 minutes before adding toppings. This helps prevent fruit and granola from sinking into the yogurt.
