I really love Palo Santo essential oil. The woodsy smell just instantly calms me down. It is a grounding essential oil that has been used for a long time.

I found this super helpful for all the uterine contractions you experience after giving birth. I added a few drops of essential oil to a 10 ml roller bottle along with some fractionated coconut oil and rubbed it on my lower abdomen to help with the afterbirth cramps.
It also contains Linalyl Acetate, which is very calming and similar to lavender essential oil.
