Healthy Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe (3 Ingredients, No Baking!)

Craving something sweet and creamy but not in the mood for that whole sugar crash situation later? This is pretty much me every single day.

This healthy peanut butter fudge has been my go-to lately when I want something that feels like a treat but still keeps me steady!

It’s super simple, no baking, and honestly one of those things I just keep in the freezer at all times!

Creamy, salty, a little sweet, it just works! Here is my simple healthy peanut butter fudge recipe you will love too.

Why This Recipe Works (and Feels Good to Eat)

This isn’t just a “healthy dessert.” It actually does something for you!

Peanut butter brings the protein and fats, so it sticks with you a bit and doesn’t send your blood sugar on a rollercoaster. Plus it’s what makes everything super creamy.

Coconut oil is what gives it that smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture. It also has those easy-to-digest fats that can help with steady energy. Nothing dramatic, you just don’t crash!!

And then the sugar-free maple syrup gives you that sweetness without the spike. I usually go for one with monk fruit, but use what you like.

It all comes together into something that feels indulgent, but it won’t make you crash afterwards. Win win for me 🙂

  • Silicone mini muffin pan
Peanut Butter Fudge ingredients.

Notes

  • Make sure your peanut butter is really well stirred before you start. The natural kind separates, and if you skip this step the texture ends up a little off.
  • If you don’t have silicone molds, you can just pour everything into a small pan, freeze it, and cut it into squares. Works just fine too.
  • Also, taste it before freezing. If you want it sweeter, add a little more syrup or even a drop of vanilla!

Storage Tips

These live in the freezer. That’s where they’re best!

They stay firm but still creamy, and you can just grab one straight from frozen. If you’re taking them with you, throw them in a small insulated bag with an ice pack so they don’t get too soft.

Real-Life Tip

This is one of those things I make at the start of the week and just keep on hand.

Especially during postpartum, or honestly just those chaotic afternoons between school pick-up and figuring out dinner, having something like this ready makes a huge difference.

You get a quick bite that actually holds you over instead of sending you digging for something else 10 minutes later.

And if your kids are into peanut butter, they’ll 100% ask for these. Easy yes!!

Optional Add-Ins

If you want to boost it a bit or just change the flavor:

  • A scoop or two of protein powder (you might need a splash of almond milk to smooth it out)
  • Collagen peptides, which mix in really easily
  • Chopped nuts for a little crunch
  • Cacao nibs or sugar-free chocolate chips
  • Cinnamon on top before freezing
