Ingredients:

You will need the following

Instructions:

  1. Either start your electric kettle (this one is my favorite) or boil your water on the stove in your pan.
  2. Combine the red raspberry leaf, lavender, and chamomile into your reusable tea bag or strainer.
  3. When the water is hot, pour into your bag and let sit.
  4. I usually steep for 5-10 minutes. These herbs don’t get bitter so if you forget and steep longer, that is okay!
  5. You can add honey if you want a sweeter taste and can drink warm or as an iced tea.
  6. If you want to try some other herbs, you can always add and subtract however you wish. Play around and try to find a combination you love!
